A year ago when I was learning UNIX in an OS class, the instructor and the textbook mention the issues to distinguish the "POLICIES" and "MECHANICS." Even though I seems to understood the concepts at the time, I have troubles to apply them. Can anyone "enlighten" me ? L.L.
