Couldn't open resource file for launch

Hello,

My mac tells me "Couldn't open resource file for launch" when I
try to launch _another_ program. That is; launching a program, then
quitting, then launching the next works, but not launching two programs
after each other if the first hasn't quit.

Launching the apps from the finder works, though. It didn't do this
before, and I have no lead to as what it could be. Nayone got any
clues ?
