Printing under A/UX 2.0

Under A/UX 2.0 (and indeed under MacOS) you have to have chosen
a printer before you are allowed to do any printing, including
having a PostScript file captured on the disk!

I have hacked the CAP software to use the native AppleTalk support
under A/UX 2.0 - this allows you to use lwsrv to do what you
are asking.
