A/UX 2.0 Manuals

I received my A/UX 2.0 package last week via Federal Express (yeah!).
However, I have not seen the manual set update yet (I got the software
and manual subscription services).  Who do I talk to to find out where
the manuals are (please respond with something better than "speak to
your retailer").
