Deskwriter driver 2.1 under aux?

Is there any special trick to using the new deskwriter driver 2.1
with aux?  Version 2.0 worked with the aux finder relativly easily,
but when I installed 2.1 I got an error 45.  I'm using appletalk
on a IIci.
