Emacs, Unicos

A while ago, somebody announced having ported Gnu-Emacs to Unicos. I
can't rememeber
who that was. Could some kind soul refer me back to the right person. 
I'd be specifically interested in patches to emacs 18-55 for Unicos 5.0,
but anything 
working would be nice.

No, I do not want to start a flame war on the usefulness of screen
editors on supers.
