Porting Rochester Connectionist Sim to Cray Y(or X)-MP

Does anyone have any experience porting the Rochester Connectionist
Simulator (a neural net simulator) to a Cray X-MP or Y-MP?  We have
had considerable problems getting the back propagaton module to
vectorize efficiently.
