Ahem.  That's a copy of it I punted over there for Mark Moraes and
Dave Cahlander to make one last flail at it for use with xtroff.
It's not been announced yet.

There are a few *teensy* changes in my copy.  The "official" 2.0
hasn't yet left eci386.  Tonight....  Mark will be providing FTP
access, and I hope that I'll get another site or two.
