This is a good idea; however, I don't like the name.  Un*x systems are not
the only platform on which BBS's are built.

I suggest that the group should be named "comp.bbs".  If subsequent traffic
warrants a group split, _then_ we can create "comp.bbs.unix".

Let's discuss this a little more before we vote.
