Help with System V/286 installation

I purchased System V/286 last year. I have tried several times to
install it, but could not make it to work.

I have a IBM clone, 2 Meg RAM, 40 Meg hard disk, one 1.2M floppy
drive and one 360k drive. It has a DTK BIOS.

I got it to boot up on floppy disk and transfer system disk to the
hard disk. A "stray interrupt" occurred when I tried to install
other disks on the hard drive. Sometimes I could almost install
all disks (build the Unix kernal), most times I got "stray interrupt"
immediately after I tried to intall the system on the hard drive.
Once the "stray interrup" occurred, I had to start from scratch.

I think it is a hardware problem. It is a buggy BIOS or buggy 80286
chip?

Thank you for any help you may have.
