Minix disks have the same low-level format as DOS and UNIX disks.  I've
transferred "tar" disks between Minix and Altos machines (only ones I have
access to) with no problems, they read just like any other disks.  If you
need to access Minix "mount" disks, try porting "readfs" from 1.2+ to
Microport.

(P.S.  They go both directions, e.g. a tar disk made on the Altos reads
under Minix, and a tar disk made under Minix reads on the Altos.)
