Complete Man Pages (was Re: UNIX Documentation)

I WOULD give an eye and a tooth for this, and I'm NOT joking.  Such
a manual would easily be worth upwards of a thousand dollars to us,
just for parts 2 and 3; even more if complete.  We must support more
than 10 different platforms...!
