Where can I find Spice code so I can port to our machine?

  See the anonymous ftp directory /pub/umspice on vlsi.cs.umn.edu.  I found
this out from "archie" (If you're on the Internet, log into
quiche.cs.mcgill.ca as "archie", otherwise send a message containing "help" to
"archie at quiche.cs.mcgill.ca").  Archie knows a lot of other files matching the
regular expressoin "[Ss]pice", but that one loos like the most promising one.

  (Yes, another shameless plug for archie.  Maybe if I keep doing it long
enough then everybody will know about it....)
