Looking for f2c (fortran to C converter)

I am desperately seeking a copy of f2c, the fortran to C converter.
This program is listed in the GNU software distribution list; however,
I searched all over prep.ai.mit.edu and couldn't find the program. I
would appreciate it if someone can tell me where I can find a copy of
this program. ( any ftp sites)
