Coherent: does it have AWK, GNU, ...?

Asking for a friend.  Does Coherent (the $99.95 version) have or
support AWK?  Are GNU EMACS and other GNoodies ported to same.  Any
big red flags we should be concerned about? For such a price, it seems
like quite a bargain if it supports the tools....
