Hi,

Following up to the announcement I made a few days ago about
dld--a dynamic link/unlink editor that allows compiled object code to
be added to and removed from a process any time during its execution:

	1) Dld currently works only on VAX (ultrix), Sun 3 and Sparc.

	2) I'll port it to the DECstation (I just got it this afternoon).

	3) It does not support the COFF format (I don't have access to
such machines). If you are interested in porting dld for COFF, please
let me know. I'd be more than happy to assist.

Also, if you would like to get a copy of dld, please send a
mail to HOW at CLOVER.UCDAVIS.EDU (or how at clover.eecs.ucdavis.edu). The
previous email address I posted is not operating for the time being.
If you have previously sent a mail to how at ivy.ucdavis.edu, your mail
may have been lost. Please resend to the above address. Thanks!

Wilson Ho
