Hi,
I am just getting into writing a distributed application and would like to
use TLI on Suns, SunOS 4.1.1. I entered the examples given in the Network
Programming Guide, compiled, linked successfully. When I try to execute it, it
returns a bad address/invalid address format. On inquiries with the Sun 1-800
line I got the reply that these examples are just "examples" and the guy on the
line knew that they would not work. He was absolutely no more help. He could
not suggest any template on which I could base my programs. My question is: Is
there anyone out there who has been able to get TLI work. If yes, then can
he/she please e-mail me the code (parts of it) that I may be able to use as a
template.
  Thanx in advance.
