wsroff (was WordPerfect -> troff?)

I received several responses to my original posting requesting a WordPerfect
to troff converter, mostly from people who also wanted to know if such a
thing existed. One respondent is working on a sed script which should be
available by May. Also, someone else suggested using the WordPerf utility
to convert WordPerfect to Wordstar format, then use something called wsroff
to convert WordStar format to troff. This sounds like a useful suggestion,
but what is wsroff and how does one get it? Thanks for any info.
