I are looking for introductory information about UNIX and UNIX training.
I am part of a project which is preparing for a transition to UNIX when
our next supercomputer arrives in a couple of years. We would like to
find (for ourselves and for training our users):

1) Sources of Computer Based Training (CBT) which teaches UNIX but runs on
an IBM PC/XT/AT. We would like it to cover System V, but it could also
cover BSD and/or extensions. If you have knowledge of or experience with
any such product, please e-mail to me, and I will summarize if ... etc.

We are already familiar with and are evaluating products from:

      SCO's XENIX (not System V)
CTI's product (which they are converting for us to run on dual-floppy PCs)

2) A glossary of UNIX terms

3) Sources of on-line Help packages for UNIX. We hear that man leaves
something to be desired in some areas. (Our users a familiar with the
   VAX HELP command.)

4) anything else you have found useful in making a transition to UNIX. Our
current systems include CTSS (Cray), VMS (VAX), NOS (CDC), and PC-DOS.

                                Thanks in advance
