tcsh and new csh

I've run into problems applying tcsh to the new release of csh for
the tahoe distribution. Current problem I'm fiddling with is in
sh.print.c in that the output is not flushed at the right times (or
something ;-), etc.

Just thought I'd ask if anyone else has done this already, had newer
patches, etc?
