Changing CPU limits

    struct rlimit rlp;

    getrlimit(RLIMIT_CPU,&rlp);
    rlp.rlim_cur = rlp.rlim_max;
    setrlimit(RLIMIT_CPU,&rlp);
    }

This will set the cpu limit to the hard limit (can't go high unless your root).
