Unix 7300 PC

I've been offered a Unix 7300 PC at what seems to be quite reasonable terms -
but I understand it has been discontinued by ATT. I would like to know if it
is a useful machine, what is the latest version of Unix available for it, and
if ATT still will support this machine in the future. Do any of you have
some good advice for me?
