Hello
I am evaluating Bulletin Board software to be used as a customer
support system. Here is a list of some features needed.

	- It must be UNIX based
	- Support for multiple users
	- Support file upload and download using at least xmodem,
	   kermit and ascii
	- Sysop defined menus would be nice but not essential
	- Secure Unix interface ( not just shell scripts )
	- Message system where customers ask questions.

So far I am looking at XBBS and would like to find some other systems
to compare with it.
Either public domain, shareware or a commercial products are fine.
