Onyx went out of the UNIX business about 9 years ago -- some
of the people involved formed Plexus (which also produced UNIX micros),
but I think even Plexus is out of the UNIX business now, since I haven't
heard anything about them recently.
Unless there is someone with a great historical interest who has
saved stuff, I'm afraid that you are in posession of one of the
industry's more notable orphans.
(BTW, the Onyx boxes were decent for their time, but the vulture
capitalists backing the company wanted to concentrate on "real business"
-- Z80 CP/M machines -- and so forced out the techies. Onyx soon went
under, and Plexus did rather well for quite a while.)
