Modem hangup on 3b2

Rich,
	I believe you can change pins in the ACU (the adaptor on the
modem that goes from RJ-45 to DB-25).  Move pin 8 to pin 6.  You can
actually force it out without too much trouble.  This will allow a
signal to get back to the computer whenever someone hangs up or if
carrier is lost for any reason.  This signal will terminate their
process.
