Software needed for NCR Tower 32

I have recently aquired a NCR Tower 32 computer at a very good price.
It has with it a sort of version of UNIX System V. Unfortunately, I only
have the files necessary for running pre-written executables, the system
was originally used as a big cash register with inventory capabilities, etc.

I can't even use the cc compiler with it because of the missing modules to
the software. I'm a student at the U of I, and I'd really like to use this
system for Unix software development.

Does anyone own a Tower system (It's 68020 based) and if so, do you have
the software developers kit, and where can I obtain this?

I'm really pulling my hair out over this, every response will be
appreciated.
