Has anyone seen posting from, or does anyone know personally, David
Morgan who works (worked?) for the National Health Authority
Information Management Centre (IMC) division in Edgebaston, Birmingham,
England?  He was also working in Northampton (Northampton Health
Authority?) on an OSI demonstration project as coordinator/chief consultant.

If so, could you please let me know what his email address is?
