XENIX box as an MS-DOS Network server?

I have read on one of these newsgroups reports from people using
386 Xenix boxes as Novell servers, and reporting very good
performance. I'm looking at the possibility of doing just
that with ours, and would appreciate any advice, product
references, and names of knowledgeable consultants that I
can get.

I'm looking to run Great Plains Accounting in this way,
coexistent with XENIX Word Perfect and Progress RDBMS. I'd like
the networked PeeCees also to be able to serve as XENIX terminals
for these applications, via the network if possible.

Is this a pipe dream?
