It is possible to do a domain tree walk using zone transfers (see,
e.g., robodoc).  This takes several weeks, and at the rate the Internet
changes, any complete host table will be out of date within about
10 minutes.  (I have assumed 100000 changes per year, or one every
447 seconds, in a uniform distribution.  This is inexact but fairly
close.)

A complete domain tree walk is not possible as some large sites refuse
zone transfers; however, you should be able to assemble a list of about
300000 hosts.
