You can obtain C-Kermit 4F (which is what I assume you want), on hundreds
of FTP sites, including watsun.cc.columbia.edu.  C-Kermit 5A(160), which
is a vast improvement over 4F (for example, it supports sliding windows),
was posted to fj.sources a while back.  The articles are archived on
utsun.s.u-tokyo.ac.jp (133.11.11.11) under fj/fj.sources.  Check the
index.  There are also posts for patches from 5A(160) -> 5A(162)
and 5A(162) -> 5A(163) (although I tried the 163 patch and it may be
corrupt).
