AT&T Toolchest 'MAPS' software

I'm looking for a map package that will allow the input of longitude
and latitude positions to be graphed on a US map.

The 'MAPS' package that is available from the AT&T toolchest looks like
it would be useful, but I'd like to hear some feedback from some people
that have used the product. Most of our graphs will be of the
continental US with certain co-ordinates hilighted.

We have HP Laserjets and HP Paintjet XL's available for output, and I
would appreciate any specific feedback if anyone is using either of
these two printers.

If anyone knows of other packages besides the ones I've mentioned,
please let me know. Email to me would be best, but posting a followup
article would be ok as well.
