PC Brand - Should I buy from them?

I am interested in purchasing a 386/33MHz system from PC Brand. They
have ads in the Computer Shopper, decent pricing, and TRW onsite
maintenance as part of the warranty.

Does anyone have any experience with these folks? Any reason why I
should or should not buy from them? Are their machines reliable? Are
THEY reliable? Any horror stories or testimonials?

I would appreciate any information you might have about them.
