X11R3/ESIX /mouse/irq prob

 Why not move com2 back to IRQ 3 and move com4 to IRQ 5, that might help
as com2 with IRQ 3 is the standard setup. You might want to dump the
IRQ 2 entirely, it is sort of 'reserved' (EGA cards used it).
