BSD 4.3 Reno - is it 386?

I have noticed that wuarchive.wustl.edu has an archive o
BSD 4.3-Tahoe-Reno source (kernel and all)

Only part of the kernel is there--that which does not contain any AT&T
code. If someone wants to write the rest of a kernel, that would be
very useful, but it's not just a weekend project (I don't know
exactly how big a project).
