Why Release 4 (was Re: UHC Info/Re: UN*X Vendors...)

File names longer than 14 characters, symbolic links, job control -- all in
one package.  Better (faster) paging/swapping will also be appreciated.

I use BSD derived UNIX at work and System V at home.  System V release 4
should give me the best of both (but I'll not believe it until I see it).
