Gee, Larry, now there is some real useful advice. Why is it every response
from you has a "Hey, here's an attempt to plug my BBS" ring to it? Ask us
if we really *care* whether or not you have shell accounts on your system,
since obviously the question dealt with preventing *shell users* from
downloading distribution software.

Take it to alt.bbs.ads, or better yet, alt.dev.null.
