COBOL for Microport System V/386

I have a need for a COBOL compiler on my Microport System V/386 release 3
system. I hope to avoid spending too much money, and would be grateful for
any recommendations. Also, if you have such a compiler that you no longer
need, make me an offer.

I do not need speed or convenience features, but I would like to have a
compiler that can handle all the COBOL syntax. A compiler that handles
IBM Mainframe extensions/aberations as well as COBOL-II features would be
ideal, but I would settle for ANSI standard.

I do not want to do development work in COBOL, but need to check syntax
and to compare the execution of ports of COBOL code into C++.

Thanks,

Orville.
