ISC 2.2.1 Ethernet/networking induced panics?

A little update here. It seems that "netstat -i" *always* panics my system
(at the same kernel address), so it looks like I have two separate problems.
I may back out the network update at this point, because "netstat -i" worked
before I installed the update.
