ISC 2.2.1 posix/namei/kernel-crash work-around ?

    Could someone please repost (or mail me) the fix which keeps
Posix tasks from crashing the system due to namei referencing a
null pointer. My system is crashing daily and I can't wait until
2.3 is released.
