will uw (Unix windows) run under Ultrix?

We are running Ultrix2.0, and here, /usr/include/netinet is a soft link
to /sys/netinet, which does contain in.h.  There a quite a few links
to other files in /usr/include, and I don't remember doing anything 
special to get netinet.
