ksh and Ultrix 2.2

The latest ksh (ksh-i) doesn't assume static iob's.  Otherwise,
for an old ksh you can grab a local copy of /usr/src/lib/libc/stdio/data.c 
and up the number of static iob's from 3 to 20.
