Remote booting 3100s ?

Can a DECstation 3100 provide diskless booting for a VAXstation 3100.
Can a VAXstation 3100 provide diskless booting for a DECstation 3100.

(Both running ultrix, of course.)

We have pursued this question through the proper channels, including
the local 'workstation support group', and have received conflicting opinions.
(In some cases, people in DEC appear to be just guessing at the answer.)

Can anyone provide a definitive answer that this does or does not work?
