Yes. I have. I submitted an SPR that described the way that ULTRIX 3.X
DECnet-ULTRIX/gateway mail software (mail11 to be specific) did not conform 
to RFC822. 

My SPR's receipt was ack'ed, but that was months ago. I've heard nothing
about it since. I wish they'ed fix it... it could be such a good thing, 
but as it is it's trash.
