tcsh for decstation ????

Hello.

Where can I find the tcsh shell for decstation 3100. We will install a
couple of such machines soon, and since we have been used to tcsh on
our sunstations, we want it on the decstations too.
We have ftp access, and it would probably be easiest to get it that we
if it is possible.
