Looking for vmstape

Dear netfolks, 

	I'm looking for a program called 'vmstape' for Ultrix. Or alternately,
can a net.guru tell me how to *append* a file to a tape using ltf. Please
reply directly to me, as there's just too much to read daily. I will 
summarize to the net.
