The problem is with Vaxstation 2000 getting the following message:
	Errorlog buffer full
This message is printed on the console (color display).
Before the message appears, there has been a lot of X window activities.
The X server (Xqdsg) seems to be so busy that a new windows will take
a long time to be displayed or in some cases never displayed.
The /usr/adm/syserr/syserr.charlie which has the following Ultrix message:
sg0: sgiint: event queue overflow
repeated many times.
At this point even killing the Xqdsg (Xserver) doesn't help, it seems that
the /dev/sg0 which the device driver for the mouse, display and keyboard has
to be initialized again via sgopen() or sginit() call, by rebooting
the Vaxstation 2000.
