Any disk de-fragmenters out there?

No, there is no money to make, except perhaps from suckers.  The 4.2BSD
file system is effectively self-defragmenting.  Files are allocated badly
only when the disk is over-full.  (This is one of two reasons for the
10% free space minimum.)
