What was the fix for "nonl()" in curses.h??

Hi -

We still have Ultrix 1.2 :-(soon, when university consortium thingy
happens :-|), but another group here has 2.2, and it still has the
uh, non-standard version of the nonl macro in curses.h, and I was
wondering if perhaps some kind person would send me an overview of
ways to work around it.
