License Management Facility (LMF)

	Remember LMF is new for V4.0, and V4.0 has only just
	been announced, the sales person probably hasn't heard
	of LMF yet either :-).

	Also, the only products to initially use LMF are
	ULTRIX User Upgrades and DECnet-ULTRIX.
