HELP with DECstation 3100

Basically, what you need to do is to create a file (usually via touch)
that is the lock file (.lk) for the subset that it's looking for.
This goes in the subsets directory in /usr/etc. So, if it says it
needs subset UMAN030, just type "touch /usr/etc/subsets/UMAN030.lk"

I ran into this problem trying to load DECnet 3.0 on a 3.1 system.
